For agencies and firms

White-label PPC and paid search for communications firms.

Communications, public-affairs and government-relations firms win the client and own the relationship. What many of them do not have is a paid-search desk. We run Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for your clients under your name: scoped through you, reported in your template, invisible to the client or introduced as your specialist partner, whichever the account needs.

The same arrangement covers the rest of our execution layer: geofenced and programmatic advocacy media, AI search visibility audits and monitoring, and managed AI-ready websites for coalitions and associations. Paid search is usually where it starts, because it is the capability a client asks for most often and the one a comms firm least wants to build.

The arrangement, in four lines
  • Your client, your name, your invoice We are your paid-search desk, not a competitor for the account.
  • Fixed wholesale retainers Set below our direct rates, so your margin is real. Never a percentage of spend.
  • Reporting in your template Written so you can present it without us. We join the call if you want us to.
  • No commercial contact with your client During the engagement or after it. Set out once, in the partner agreement.
How it works

Scoped through you. Run for your client. Presented by you.

  1. You scope, we size The brief comes through you. We return a plan, the account structure, and a wholesale band, in your format if you have one, before anything is promised to the client.
  2. We build and run In the client's own Google Ads account or one set up for them, through manager access. Search, Microsoft Advertising, remarketing, the measurement layer: the same work we run direct, under your name.
  3. You present A monthly report in your template, written so you can present it without us in the room. If it helps, we join the call as your paid-search specialist. Your choice, per client.
  4. The client stays yours We do not contact your client commercially, during the engagement or after it. The relationship, the renewal and the upsell are yours. That is the whole point of the arrangement.

Why firms partner rather than hire

A desk you use some months and not others.

A paid-search specialist is expensive to hire, slow to replace and idle whenever no client happens to need one. Most communications and public-affairs firms need the capability on perhaps a third of their accounts, unpredictably. A partner desk costs nothing in the months it is not used and is fully staffed in the months it is.

The economics are worked through in the decision guide below. The short version: the firm keeps the client, the margin and the option to bring the work in-house later, and gives up nothing it was going to build anyway.

What you can resell

One execution layer, your name on all of it.

Most partnerships start with paid search and widen from there. Every line below is work we already run direct; under the partner arrangement it runs under your name instead.

You keep the client, the relationship and the margin. We keep the account running.

Common questions

White-label paid search, answered.

Who the client sees, what you can resell, how it is priced, and what we need to start.

What is white-label PPC management?

An arrangement where an agency sells and owns the client relationship and a specialist runs the paid-search account under the agency's name. The client sees the agency's reporting, the agency's team and the agency's invoice. The specialist does the audit, the account architecture, the weekly optimisation and the measurement, and stays invisible or is introduced as the agency's paid-search partner, whichever the agency prefers.

Will our client know Morris McLane is involved?

Only if you want them to. Some firms introduce us as their specialist partner and have us on the client calls; others prefer the work to appear entirely in-house, and we report in your template and stay out of sight. Either way we do not contact your client commercially, during the engagement or after it.

Which of your services can we resell?

Paid search is where most firms start: Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising management, and Google Ad Grants for charity clients. Beyond that, the same white-label arrangement covers geofenced and programmatic advocacy media, AI search visibility audits and monitoring, and managed AI-ready websites for coalitions and associations. One partner, one execution layer, your name on all of it.

How is white-label work priced?

Fixed monthly wholesale retainers, sized to the client's media budget and the work it takes, set below our direct rates so that your margin is real. We do not charge a percentage of spend. The bands are shared after a first scoping call, and the retainer is agreed with you before anything is promised to the client.

Can we start with one client?

Yes. Most partnerships start with one account, often one that is already running and needs a second pair of eyes. The account review is a sensible way to begin: we read the account, you decide whether to take the findings to the client under your name.

Do you work with firms in the United States as well as the United Kingdom?

Yes. We serve the United Kingdom and the United States, and most of our partner firms are on one side of the Atlantic with clients on both. Accounts can target any market the platforms serve.

What do you need from us to start?

The client's situation in a paragraph, what they have asked you for, the media budget if there is one, and access to the account if it exists. From that we return a plan and a wholesale band. Contracts, confidentiality and the invisibility rule are set out once, in the partner agreement, and then apply to every client you bring.
